MBA, ABR, NHS, REALTOR®
My husband, Gary, and I returned to Texas to be near our four children and our grandchildren. We chose the Dallas area for our new home and have enjoyed getting to know new friends. Three of our children are married and one engaged.. It has been such a joy to live near our little granddaughters and watch them grow up. We have also adopted a beautiful border collie/black lab mix puppy, Sassy and a German short-haired pointer puppy, Bandit.
I love to go for walks with my husband and the puppies, spoil our granddaughters, listen to my husband play guitar, work on sewing projects, and add to my collection of giraffes.
I now have giraffes from Paris, France, Rome, Italy, Zimbabwe, Africa as well as many from here in the US.
I have a strong business background. I earned an MBA from the School of Management at Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts. I worked for a start-up software company as the Vice President of Human Resources and at Berklee College of Music as Director of Business Affairs prior to working in real estate.
I chose real estate as a career because I enjoy working with people. I feel competent that my business background can be of benefit to my clients, and my work ethic provides the level of service that is "above and beyond." My greatest satisfaction comes from knowing that I am helping people achieve their goals for home ownership.
I am a member of the following organizations:
ABWA, American Business Women's Association - Secretary 2005-2006; Treasurer 2006-2007; Women's Council of Realtors, nominated for Treasurer 2007; National Association of Realtors; Texas Association of Realtors; Collin County Association of Realtors; Member: Nominating Committee; Chairperson: Housing Opportunities, Member:Education Committee;
Council of Residential Specialists; St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church
I earned my ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation in 2005.
I am a graduate of the first Texas REALTOR® Leadership Program (2006) sponsored by the Collin County Association of REALTORS. This program is first of its kind in the North Texas area.
I am committed to listening carefully to my client's needs and will set an individualized and unique plan of action to help them achieve their real estate objectives.
My pledge is to provide you the highest level of service possible while maintaining honesty and integrity in all that I do. I am "Head & Shoulders Above the Rest!"
June 2007 Spotlight:

Sue Williams-Allen
is passionate about financial security. “If there’s
one thing I know in my heart, it’s that people’s
lives are forever changed for the better when they
learn to save and plan their futures responsibly. I
know that when I’ve helped people get on the path to
saving, I’ve impacted them - and their families -
for good.”
Her first sixteen
years in commercial and retail banking gives Sue a
solid foundation and understanding of the financial
services industry. She progressed from the teller
line in California to the senior bank officer, at
Compass Bank in Frisco, responsible for building and
maintaining a large book of business and managing
$52 million of the bank’s assets.
Sue harbors an
entrepreneurial spirit. In 2000, she began to work
for Edward Jones Investments, and opened her own
office on Preston Road in Frisco. Learning from
experience that being the owner of her own business
takes “blood, sweat and tears,” Sue wouldn’t have it
any other way. She likes balancing business with
customer service.
While keeping her
eye on the target, Sue maintains a strong sense of
the human side of business. After hearing the
stories of people who knew nothing about their
personal finances until their families were in
crisis, Sue helped found two of the first women’s
investment clubs in Frisco, still active now, to
help women learn how to manage money. She enjoys
teaching people how modest changes in their habits
now will affect them in their retirement years - in
some cases these changes will allow them to
retire.
Sue is a native
Texan, and has made Collin County her home for over
ten years. She has been active in her community,
serving on the Board of Directors for the Frisco
Chamber of Commerce for some years, taking a
leadership role as formation chair and president of
the Frisco Charter Chapter of the American Business
Women’s Association (ABWA). In 2004, the ABWA named
Sue Williams-Allen Woman of the Year. In 2005, she
became the vice president of public relations for
the Toastmaster International, MetaToasters Chapter.
A lively,
accomplished and knowledgeable speaker, Sue’s
presentations on money management are practical,
manageable, and life changing.

information on these seminars, contact Sue Willams-Allen
